The European Consumer Centre

Welcome to the website of the European Consumer Centre Italy!
The European Consumer Centre is funded by the European Commission, by the Italian Ministry for Economical Development, by the Autonomous Province of Bozen - South Tyrol and by the Autonomous Region Trentino - Alto Adige/Südtirol.
It is supported by the Verbraucherzentrale Südtirol and ADICONSUM.
We offer our services to all consumers resident in the European Union, Norway and Iceland who encounter a problem concerning transnational consumer rights within the European Union, Iceland and Norway. We are also part of the European Consumer Centre Network; the European Commission founded an ECC in every member state in order to assist consumers with cross-border problems.
